Currently, I author a web blog called Lucid Nutrition which aims to unveil intelligible provisions for a healthier lifestyle (for body, mind, heart and soul)

I have a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2004, I participated in a 2 month extensive Archaelogical Field School uncovering a late prehistoric lithic tool workshop in South Texas. I also have experience working in a group home with at risk youth in and out of foster care.

In my spare time I make art. Using various mediums, I freely create images of internal experiences, collages, drawings, paintings, and jewelery. (Its art therapy) I have played the violin since the age of 10 but still need alot more practice to become the at-home accomplished soloist:) I try to hit the gym daily, practice yoga, and bellydance on Saturdays.
